On the other hand, this study has developed the external environmental assessment, which could affect the performance of Ford. Furthermore, this study is also helpful to discuss the strategic actions in order to mitigate the probable threats of the company Observation after first week I. Background of the organisation A. History The founder of Ford Motor Company was Henry Ford. The headquarter of this company is in Dearborn, Michigan. Ford motor manufacturing company was launched in the year of 1903. It is one of the worlds number one car manufacturing companies. The number of workers in this company is 199000. The manufacturing products produced by the company are such as luxury vehicles as well as commercial vehicles. On the other hand, the net income earned by this company in 2015 was US$ 7.373 billion, which was quite appreciable.
